El Plan Nacional de la Lectura 2015-2020 se inscribe en un proyecto de cambio social, cultural, de participación y de democratización, para concretar y fortalecer una política pública de lectura.

Visión: hacer de Chile un país donde se garantice la lectura como un derecho social para todos sus habitantes.
